Job Description
एक अप्रेंटिस का कार्य उसकी ट्रेड (व्यापार) या विभाग पर निर्भर करता है, फिर भी इसके मुख्य कार्य निम्नलिखित हैं:
- कार्य सीखना और अभ्यास करना: अपने सीनियर्स और विशेषज्ञों (experts) की देखरेख में मशीनों को चलाना, औजारों का उपयोग करना और तकनीकी काम करना। BBC +2
- इंडस्ट्री का अनुभव लेना: यह समझना कि वास्तविक कार्यस्थल (जैसे रेलवे, ओएनजीसी, या प्राइवेट कंपनियां) में काम कैसे होता है, वहां का माहौल कैसा होता है और समय-सीमा के अंदर काम कैसे पूरा किया जाता है।
अप्रेंटिस (Apprentice) या शिक्षुता करना इसलिए जरूरी है क्योंकि यह आपको किताबी ज्ञान के साथ-साथ वास्तविक कार्यस्थल का व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण (practical training) प्रदान करती है。 इससे आपके कौशल में सुधार होता है, सरकारी और निजी नौकरियों में प्राथमिकता मिलती है, और प्रशिक्षण के दौरान कमाई (Stipend) भी होती है。
अप्रेंटिसशिप करने के मुख्य कारण और फायदे:
