1. Telecaller (Customer Support Executive)Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend incoming customer calls professionally.
  • Answer customer queries regarding courses and services.
  • Guide students about registration, payments, and class schedules.
  • Reply to WhatsApp messages promptly.
  • Follow up with interested students.
  • Maintain daily call records and customer feedback.
  • Ensure polite and professional communication with every customer.

2. Office AssistantJob Responsibilities:

  • Maintain student records in MS Excel.
  • Prepare payment receipts and update office records.
  • Data entry and document management.
  • Handle courier dispatch and inventory records.
  • Maintain office files and reports.
  • Support day-to-day office operations.
  • Coordinate with the office team.
