Job Description
Manage overall operations across multiple hubs/clusters.
Monitor hub performance, productivity, attendance, and operational targets.
*Ensure timely COD collection and deposits with minimum pendency.
*Monitor important operational trackers and ensure timely updates.
*Coordinate with Cluster Managers, Hub Incharges, and Team Leaders.
*Identify operational issues and ensure quick resolution.
*Manage manpower requirements and support hiring across the assigned area.
*Monitor team performance and ensure proper process compliance.
*Handle escalations and maintain regular communication with management.
*Ensure all hubs remain active and operational as per business requirements.
