Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
  • Generate new leads and develop new project and retail customers.
  • Manage customer relationships and follow up on quotations and orders.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
  • Coordinate with the production and installation teams for timely order completion.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Handle customer queries, negotiations, and payment follow-ups.
  • Manage and guide the sales team to improve overall performance.
  • Identify new market opportunities and competitor activities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business growth.
