Job Description
Business Development Manager (BDM) -Key Job Roles
Recruit and build a team of Insurance Consultants (ICs).
Identify and approach potential candidates through referrals, social media, job portals, and field activities.
Conduct interviews and select suitable candidates.
Train, motivate, and guide Insurance Consultants on products and sales processes.
Support the team in generating leads and acquiring new customers.
Help customers choose suitable life insurance and financial protection solutions.
Achieve monthly recruitment, activation, and business targets.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and team members.
Organize recruitment drives, seminars, and awareness programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reports.
