Job Description

Key Responsibilities

· Enter daily warehouse and logistics data accurately into ERP/WMS, Excel, or company software.

·       Maintain records related to inbound, outbound, inventory, dispatch, returns, and stock movement.

·       Verify data accuracy and correct errors before submission.

·       Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the operations team.

·       Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, operations executives, and inventory teams for data collection.

·       Scan, print, file, and maintain physical and digital documents properly.

·       Ensure confidentiality and security of company records and operational data.

·       Support documentation for GRN, POD, dispatch details, invoices, challans, and other warehouse documents.

·       Complete assigned data entry work within given timelines.
