Job Description
- Inventory & Stock ManagementMaintain accurate daily records of stock inward and outward.
- Follow the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
- Reconcile physical stock with system stock daily.
- Conduct monthly stock audits.
- Report damages, shortages, or excess stock on time.
- Vendor & Purchase CoordinationVerify raw material inward (paper jumbo rolls, foil, cling film).
- Conduct quality checks as per company standards (with Factory Manager).
- Alert the Purchase team about shortages at least 10 days in advance.
- Dispatch & Logistics CoordinationCheck packing quality before material dispatch.
- Supervise vehicle loading.
- Verify LR, invoice, and e-way bill documents.
