Hiring: Purchase Executive📍 Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
🏢 Company: Paracom Systems (SPEC OPS)
🏭 Industry: Manufacturing (Indian Army Uniforms & Tactical Gear)
Job Title: Purchase Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor sourcing and vendor management
- Fabric, accessories, trims and packaging material procurement
- Request for Quotations (RFQ) and price negotiation
- Purchase Order (PO) preparation and follow-up
- Coordinate with production and stores for material requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain purchase records, bills and documentation
- Develop new suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the store team
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement (Manufacturing preferred)
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation
- Experience in garment/textile industry will be an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
