Vendor Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Manager to manage and onboard vendors from the field, specifically those running hygienic mutton and chicken shops. The role involves ensuring quality standards, maintaining vendor relationships, and leveraging basic digital marketing skills to promote vendors and increase engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Sourcing & Onboarding

Identify and visit potential mutton and chicken vendors in the field to assess hygiene and quality standards.

Collect and verify vendor data (licenses, shop hygiene reports, contact details, product list, pricing, etc.).

Ensure vendors meet company quality and compliance requirements before onboarding.

Maintain updated vendor records in the system.

2. Quality & Compliance Monitoring

Regularly inspect vendor facilities to ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained.

Provide feedback and training to vendors on best practices in cleanliness, meat handling, and storage.

3. Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with vendors to encourage loyalty and long-term partnerships.

Handle vendor queries, disputes, and support requests effectively.

4. Digital Marketing Support

Assist in creating and managing vendor profiles on online platforms.

Help vendors with basic digital marketing activities such as social media listing, Google Business setup, and promotions.

Coordinate with the marketing team to feature vendors in campaigns.
