Angel Unisex Saloon and Spa

we required for tele calling process for salon


  • Greet clients warmly and make them feel comfortable.
  • Handle appointment bookings, walk-ins, reschedules, and cancellations.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional reception area.
  • Explain available massage services, packages, offers, and therapist availability.
  • Maintain daily records of bookings and client details.
  • Follow up with clients for feedback and promote repeat visits or special promotions.
  • Coordinate with massage therapists regarding client schedules.
  • Ensure confidentiality and a high level of customer service at all times.
