Collection Executive / Officer

As a field executive collections, you will play a crucial role in managing and recovering outstanding debts. You will be responsible for visiting customers, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely debt recovery while maintaining positive customer relationships. Your efforts will directly contribute to the financial health and stability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to customers with outstanding debts to facilitate collections.

Negotiate and establish payment plans with customers, considering their financial situations.

Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, including customer interactions and payment arrangements.

Follow up with customers on payment commitments and address any issues or concerns.

Investigate and resolve customer queries related to outstanding debts and payment discrepancies.

Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines regarding debt collection practices.

Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance and outstanding debts.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as customer service and legal, to resolve complex collection cases.

Identify and escalate accounts that require further action, such as legal intervention.

Analyze customer payment behavior and identify trends to improve collection strategies.

Manage and maintain a designated portfolio of delinquent accounts.

Achieve and exceed monthly collection targets and performance metrics.
