Job Description
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate
Company: NoBroker
Location: Sarjapur, Bangalore (Work from Office – 6 Days)
Experience: 2+ Years
Salary: ₹3–4 LPA (Including Variable)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for field sales and frontline roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other hiring channels.
- Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews.
- Explain job roles and maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Manage high-volume hiring and achieve recruitment targets.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in field sales, blue-collar, or bulk hiring is preferred.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in real estate background is an added advantage.
