Hi Everyone! We're looking for an TA Associates with 3+ years of experience to join our TA team in Bangalore.
Location: Sarjapur, Bangalore (On-site - 6 Days Working)
Experience*: 3+ Years
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
We're looking for a proactive and target-driven recruiter who has experience in:
- Field Sales Hiring (Multilingual Hiring Requirements)
- Sourcing candidates through job portals and other channels
- Explaining job roles effectively and engaging candidates throughout the hiring process
- Blue-collar and frontline workforce hiring
- Managing high-volume hiring and meeting recruitment targets
- Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
