Store Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead store operations, inventory control, team management, and compliance. The role involves end-to-end ownership of stock planning, store efficiency, staff performance, and coordination with procurement, operations, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Plan and monitor stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment
• Oversee ERP-based inventory records and periodic stock audits
• Analyze and reduce slow-moving/excess inventory

Store Operations

• Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices, proper labeling, and store organization
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and cost-efficient operations

Team Management

• Lead and train store supervisors/assistants
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and build SOPs

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain GRNs, stock registers, and audit records
• Ensure policy/safety compliance and reconcile inventory with accounts

Coordination

• Liaise with procurement, operations, and project teams
• Handle vendor coordination and urgent material needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 5+ years of store/warehouse experience, incl. supervisory experience
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
• Strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills
