Job Description

  • Manage Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms.
  • Create a monthly content calendar for weddings, corporate catering, live counters, kitchen hygiene, tasting sessions and client events.
  • Shoot and coordinate Reels, photos, stories and short videos at events.
  • Write captions, hashtags and promotional content.
  • Post consistently and respond to comments/DMs.
  • Coordinate with the sales team so social-media enquiries are converted into leads.
  • Promote Google reviews and customer testimonials.
  • Run and monitor Meta/Instagram paid campaigns.
  • Track monthly performance: reach, engagement, followers, enquiries and actual leads generated.
  • Coordinate photographers/videographers and freelancers when required.
  • Monitor competitors and identify new content trends.
