Sales & Marketing Executive

Sales

•    Identify and pursue new B2B, corporate, and enterprise sales opportunities & e-commerce sectors.

•    Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and closing.

•    Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers across corporate and enterprise accounts, distributors, and retailers.

•    Conduct market research to track industry trends, monitor the competitive landscape, and understand customer preferences.

•    Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to prospective clients.

•    Handle pricing discussions, quotations, and contract terms with clients.

•    Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and client interactions in the CRM.

•    Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

•    Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product and service improvements.

•    Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.

•    Track sales performance against targets and share regular progress reports with management.

•    Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, customer service) to ensure a smooth client experience.

Marketing

•    Partner with the creative team to produce engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and social media assets.

•    Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions and new product launches.

•    Create, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) to grow engagement and followers.

•    Build partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and complementary brands to extend market reach.

•    Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) within budget.

•    Oversee email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

•    Support SEO and website content to improve organic visibility.

•    Respond to comments, messages, and reviews to manage community engagement.

•    Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials.

•    Conduct competitor and audience analysis to sharpen positioning.

•    Track and report on key marketing metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) and use insights to refine future activity.

•    Align marketing efforts with sales goals to ensure consistent messaging, and stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements•    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

•    1–4 years of experience in enterprise sales and/or marketing.

•    Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

•    Working knowledge of CRM tools, social media platforms and MS Excel.

•    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data.

•    Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
