Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Identify applicators within assigned territory and onboard them onto the Fixxly platform

•    Drive app installs and order conversion

•    Gather market intelligence on pricing and product trends

•    Be the primary connect between the Fixxly brand and applicators on the ground

•    Conduct BTL activities to drive awareness and adoption

•    Deliver against sales outcome targets


REQUIREMENTS

•    Prior experience in the building materials space — candidates from companies such as Asian Paints, Berger, Opus, JSW, Nippon, Jaguar, Havells, or Pidilite preferred

•    Comfortable communicating in Kannada

•    Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory)

•    Sales-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with a field-heavy role
