Job Description
Generate new sales leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, field visits, references and online enquiries.
Identify and approach businesses, offices, schools, colleges, hospitals, institutions and other potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable printers, photocopiers, scanners, consumables and related products.
Handle enquiries received through website, WhatsApp and phone calls.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until order closure.
Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into sales.
Develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct field visits and identify new business opportunities.
Promote products through WhatsApp, social media and local marketing activities.
Maintain customer and lead information and regularly update sales activities.
Monitor competitors, market prices and customer requirements.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, delivery, installation and customer requirements.
