Job Description

Job Title: Site Engineer

Location: Sunkadakatte

Experience: 6months–3 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Industry: Construction / Infrastructure / Real Estate

  • Job Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth site operations
  • Monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance at site
  • Prepare and maintain site reports, daily progress reports, and material consumption records
  • Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and manpower
  • Resolve site-level technical issues and support the project engineer/manager
  • Ensure work completion within timelines and budget constraints
  • Follow safety rules and company policies at the site
  • Key Skills Required:Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution
  • Basic understanding of BOQ, measurements, and billing
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • MS Excel / AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage
