Installation Engineer

Roles definition:   Able and responsibility to deliver service, maintenance, installation, and commissioning of products, and also developing in-house electrical wiring by being involved in electrical wiring and assembly fitment for the machine.

Responsibilities and deliverable

• Responsibility to deliver to assemble the products.
• Responsibility to deliver to maintenance and Service the products.
• Responsibility to deliver Installation and Commissioning of products
• Service supports and Report Generation

Tasks and activities

Assembly Fitment:

1.      Daily needs to be discuss with seniors for the machining components, Fabrication components drilling components and able to work on the grinding, drilling, machining of components.

2.      Able to work on the fitment and assembly of the machine by understating on the products.

3.      Able to test the machine and make an inspection testing report for the product before dispatch.

4.      Able to work on the service and maintenance of the products.

5.      Able to work at Site and customer place for the service and maintenance of the products.

Electrical Wiring

1.      Able to plan the material for the electrical wiring for the machine control panel

2.      Able to involve in the electrical wiring for the machine

3.      Responsibility to make an electrical wiring control panel for the machine

Fabrication

1. Cutting saw cutter, grinding machine, gas cutting planning and setting
2. Planning to inward the sheet metal items for fabrication and setting for welding
3. Sheet metal and laser cutting Punching, bending material needs to be checked for the inward sheet metal material.
4. Sheet metal rolling material needs be checked for the fabrication
5. Welding, grinding finishing,
6. Inspection

Assembly and testing

1. Assembly fitment and testing
2. Testing before painting
3. Testing for functionality
4. Painting and powder coating
5. Inspection
