ಉದ್ಯಮ: ಸೌರ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳ ತಯಾರಿಕಾ ಉದ್ಯಮ

ವಿಭಾಗ: ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆ / ಯಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ

ಉದ್ಯೋಗದ ಸಾರಾಂಶ

ಸೌರ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳ ತಯಾರಿಕಾ ಘಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಮತ್ತು ಯಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು. ಯಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಉಪಕರಣಗಳ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ, ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಗಳ ಸುಗಮ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ, ಯಂತ್ರಗಳ ಸ್ಥಗಿತ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞರ ತಂಡವನ್ನು ಮುನ್ನಡೆಸುವುದು. ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ, ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ಪಾದಕತೆಯ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡುವುದು.

ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳು

·        ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ಘಟಕದ ದೈನಂದಿನ ಯಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು.

·        ಯಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞರು, ಯಂತ್ರಜ್ಞರು ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡುವುದು.

·        ಮುನ್ನೆಚ್ಚರಿಕಾ, ಮುನ್ಸೂಚನಾ ಮತ್ತು ತುರ್ತು ದುರಸ್ತಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಯೋಜಿಸಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಗತಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು.

·        ಉಪಕರಣಗಳ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ಲಭ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ಸ್ಥಗಿತ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು.

·        ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ಯಂತ್ರೋಪಕರಣಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಯುಕ್ತತಾ ಉಪಕರಣಗಳ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ, ಚಾಲನೆ, ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು.

·        ಯಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ದೋಷಗಳನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆಹಚ್ಚಿ ಮೂಲ ಕಾರಣ ವಿಶ್ಲೇಷಣೆ (RCA) ನಡೆಸುವುದು.

·        ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆ, ವಿದ್ಯುತ್, ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ, ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಮನ್ವಯ ಸಾಧಿಸುವುದು.

·        ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ವೇಳಾಪಟ್ಟಿ, ಯಂತ್ರದೋಷ ವರದಿ, ಉಪಕರಣಗಳ ಇತಿಹಾಸ ಮತ್ತು ಬಿಡಿಭಾಗಗಳ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದು.

·        5S (ವಿಂಗಡಿಸುವುದು, ಕ್ರಮಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಜೋಡಿಸುವುದು, ಸ್ವಚ್ಛಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು, ಪ್ರಮಾಣೀಕರಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಪಾಲಿಸುವುದು) ಹಾಗೂ TPM (ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಉತ್ಪಾದಕ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ), ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಮುನ್ನೆಚ್ಚರಿಕಾ ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುವುದು.

·        ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞರಿಗೆ ಉಪಕರಣಗಳ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ, ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ವಿಧಾನಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತ ಕೆಲಸದ ಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡುವುದು.

·        ಉತ್ಪಾದಕತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಕರಣಗಳ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಾರ್ಹತೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಹಾಗೂ ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ವೆಚ್ಚವನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಲು ನಿರಂತರ ಸುಧಾರಣಾ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವುದು.

ಅಗತ್ಯ ಅರ್ಹತೆಗಳು

·        ಯಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಡಿಪ್ಲೊಮಾ / ಬಿ.ಇ. / ಬಿ.ಟೆಕ್.

·        ಸೌರ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳು, ಸೌರ ಗಾಜು, HVAC (ತಾಪನ, ಗಾಳಿಚಲನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹವಾನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ), ಹೀಟ್ ಪಂಪ್ ಅಥವಾ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ತಯಾರಿಕಾ ಘಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ 4–6 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅನುಭವ.

·        ಯಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ, ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ಉಪಕರಣಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಯುಕ್ತತಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಜ್ಞಾನ.

·        ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞರು ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ಬೆಂಬಲ ತಂಡಗಳನ್ನು ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಅನುಭವ.

·        ಲೋಹದ ಹಾಳೆ ತಯಾರಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಅನುಭವ.

·        ಉತ್ತಮ ದೋಷ ಪತ್ತೆಹಚ್ಚುವಿಕೆ, ಯೋಜನೆ, ಸಂವಹನ, ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ತಂಡ ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳು.

 ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ

·        ಯಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞರು ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ತಂಡವನ್ನು ಮುನ್ನಡೆಸುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು.

·        ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆ, ವಿದ್ಯುತ್, ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ, ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಮನ್ವಯ ಮಾಡುವುದು.

·        ನಿರಂತರ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ, ಉಪಕರಣಗಳ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಾರ್ಹತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಯಂತ್ರಗಳ ಸ್ಥಗಿತ ಸಮಯ ಕಡಿತಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡುವುದು.

Job Summary

Responsible for supervising mechanical maintenance and production-support activities in a solar products manufacturing plant. The role involves managing mechanical equipment, ensuring smooth production operations, minimizing machine downtime, and leading maintenance technicians while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day mechanical maintenance activities across the manufacturing plant.

Lead and guide mechanical technicians, fitters, and maintenance personnel.

Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.

Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize production downtime.

Install, commission, inspect, and maintain production machinery and utility equipment.

Troubleshoot mechanical failures and perform root-cause analysis.

Coordinate with Production, Electrical, Quality, and Safety departments for smooth plant operations.

Prepare maintenance schedules, breakdown reports, equipment history, and spare-parts records.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures, 5S(Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and preventive maintenance practices.

Train technicians on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and safe work practices.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce maintenance costs.

Required Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience in a solar products, glass, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), heat pump, or industrial manufacturing plant.

Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance, production equipment, and utility systems.

Experience supervising maintenance technicians and production support teams.

Sheet-Metal experience.

Good troubleshooting, planning, communication, and leadership skills.

Supervision & Safety

Lead and supervise mechanical technicians and maintenance teams.

Coordinate with Production, Electrical, Quality, Stores and Safety departments.

Ensure 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), safety procedures and preventive-maintenance standards.

Support continuous improvement, equipment reliability and downtime reduction.
