Job Description

Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of elevators and escalators.

Inspect elevator components and identify electrical and mechanical faults.

Attend customer complaints and resolve service-related issues.

Check motors, control panels, wiring, safety devices, doors, sensors, and other elevator components.

Perform routine servicing and ensure elevators operate safely and smoothly.

Conduct testing and troubleshooting after maintenance work.

Replace defective parts as required.

Maintain service records and submit maintenance reports.

Follow KONE safety procedures and site safety requirements.

Coordinate with supervisors and customers regarding maintenance activities.

Respond to emergency breakdown calls when required.
