Job Description
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of elevators and escalators.
Attend breakdown/service calls and identify technical faults.
Inspect electrical, mechanical and safety components.
Carry out troubleshooting, repair and replacement of defective parts.
Ensure elevators operate safely and efficiently.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance according to company standards.
Maintain service records, checklists and maintenance reports.
Coordinate with customers regarding service requirements and complaints.
Follow KONE safety procedures and work safely at customer sites.
Travel to different customer locations as required.
Support testing and commissioning activities when required
