Job Description
Position: Field Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local markets daily to acquire new merchants.
- Promote digital payment solutions including QR payments, Soundbox, Card Machines (EDC), and other merchant services.
- Complete merchant onboarding and ensure successful product activation.
- Coordinate installation of devices and train merchants on their usage.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Resolve merchant queries and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate sales reports using the company's mobile application.
👤 Eligibility
- Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of Field Sales/B2B Sales experience are welcome.
- Good communication skills in the local language (basic Hindi/English preferred).
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
