Robot Operator - VR & Robotics (Freshers, ITI / Diploma)

Get paid to operate a real humanoid robot.

Manav Robotics is building humanoid robots for Indian factories, and we need Robot Operators to drive them.

You strap into VR and motion-capture gear and operate a real robot through real factory tasks in real time. Not a simulator. Every move you make trains the AI behind the machine.

No robotics background needed. If you have sharp instincts, strong hand-eye coordination and you learn fast, we will teach you the rest. You will be trained and paid while you learn, at our labs in HSR & Electronic City, Bengaluru.

Read this before applying: this is a physical, on-your-feet job. You will stand and move for most of a 10-hour shift, 5 days a week, wearing VR gear. If that is not for you, this is not the right job.

Shifts are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, 5 days a week, on-site at Electronic City, Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate a humanoid robot using a VR headset and motion-capture gear.
2. Run real factory tasks in real time: picking, placing, assembly, machine tending.
3. Repeat tasks cleanly and consistently so the AI learns from good data.
4. Report what felt wrong to the engineering team so they can improve the robot.
