Retail Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to drive sales and deliver an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in retail sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage customer interactions while supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assist them in selecting suitable products.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Support labour coordination and ensure efficient workflow within the store.
• Maintain product displays, stock availability, and store cleanliness.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide prompt resolutions.
• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 18–60 Years
• Gender: Male
• Education: 12th Pass
• Experience: Minimum 1 Year
• English: Basic English
• Preferred Industry: Professional Services & Consulting

Salary:

• ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹10,000
