Reservations & Sales Executive

Sorted Stays, a premium hospitality brand under Sorted 360, is looking for a driven and people-oriented Sales & Guest Experience Executive to join our team immediately. If you enjoy interacting with people, closing deals, and being part of the luxury hospitality space, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

* Handle incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

* Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable villas and stay experiences.

* Promptly respond to enquiries and maintain excellent follow-up with potential guests.

* Convert leads into confirmed bookings and consistently work towards sales targets.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless guest experience from enquiry to check-in.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a proven ability to close deals.

* Highly responsive and organised, especially with calls and messaging.

* Ability to build rapport quickly and provide a premium customer experience.

* Prior experience in hospitality, travel sales, reservations, real estate sales, or customer-facing sales roles is preferred.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexible schedules.
