Connect with prospective customers via calls to schedule high quality leads for sales.
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
Follow up with leads to ensure engagement and conversion.
Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer queries.
Note: Monthly/Weekly targets will be there
