Inside Sales Specialist

We are looking for a Telecaller Executive who will be responsible for contacting qualified leads provided by the company, understanding customer requirements, explaining the benefits of Paint Protection Film (PPF), and convincing potential customers to visit the showroom for further consultation and service.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, convincing, follow-up, and customer-handling skills. Candidates with prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, automotive sales, car detailing, PPF, ceramic coating, insurance, or similar customer-facing roles will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualified and hot leads provided by the company.
• Understand the customer's requirements, preferences, and vehicle-related needs.
• Explain the benefits and features of Paint Protection Film (PPF) in a clear and convincing manner.
• Engage with potential customers and build a positive relationship over the phone.
• Convince and motivate interested customers to visit the showroom for a detailed consultation and demonstration.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers and ensure proper lead engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Identify customer interest levels and prioritize hot and high-potential leads.
• Coordinate with the showroom sales team regarding customer visits and appointments.
• Ensure timely follow-up with customers who have expressed interest but have not yet visited the showroom.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information about the company's PPF services.
• Achieve assigned targets related to customer calls, showroom visits, appointments, and lead conversions.
• Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding lead progress and customer responses.

• RequirementsEducational Qualification: No specific qualification required.
• Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, telesales, customer engagement, or a similar role is preferred.
• Experience in the automotive industry, car dealerships, car detailing, PPF, ceramic coating, automobile accessories, or related sectors will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong convincing and persuasion abilities.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to confidently communicate with customers and build rapport over the phone.
• Strong follow-up skills and a result-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle customer objections and convert potential leads into showroom visits.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to update lead information.
• Candidates who are confident, energetic, and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls are preferred.
