Job Description

  • Packing Executive – Job ResponsibilitiesPick jewellery items according to customer orders and verify the product code, quantity and design.
  • Check each item for damage, missing stones, scratches or finishing issues before packing.
  • Pack jewellery safely using pouches, boxes, bubble wrap and protective materials.
  • Include invoices, warranty cards, care cards and promotional inserts as required.
  • Attach correct shipping labels and confirm the customer’s name, address and order number.
  • Coordinate with the inventory and dispatch teams for timely order processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of packed, pending, cancelled and dispatched orders.
