Packing Supervisor – Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily packing operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Remove and verify product labels before packing, where required.
• Prepare and maintain packing lists using Microsoft Excel.
• Pack products into boxes according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Perform spin trimming of components to ensure proper finishing.
• Handle cryogenic post-curing processes as per quality and safety procedures.
• Inspect finished products for quality before dispatch.
• Maintain accurate packing and inventory records.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping (5S) standards.
