Role Overview  

The Operations Manager oversees daily project execution, vendor coordination, and client communication, ensuring smooth operations, quality standards, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution – Supervise site activities, monitor progress, and ensure timelines.

Vendor Management – Onboard vendors, verify material usage, track performance.

Client Communication – Primary contact for clients, share updates, resolve concerns.

Team Coordination – Assign tasks, monitor attendance, balance workload.

Quality Assurance – Inspect work, verify paint/texture standards, maintain transparency.

Reporting – Share progress reports, track milestones, update financials.

Skills & Competencies

Leadership and people management

Strong communication and negotiation

Excel and project tracking proficiency

Knowledge of construction/painting processes

Ability to multitask and handle escalations diplomatically

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related field

3+ years in operations/project management

Experience in construction, infrastructure, or service industry preferred
