Job Description
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of elevator systems.
• Attend breakdown calls and restore elevator functionality within SLA time (2hr).
• Check and maintain safety devices, door mechanisms, and control panels.
• Update job cards and maintenance reports after each site visit.
• Identify and requisition spare parts required for repairs.
• Guide and support service technician trainees during field visits.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and lift act requirements at all sites.
• Report critical maintenance issues to senior engineer or coordinator.
