Junior Accountant

Roles And Responsibilities 

·      Maintain daily accounting entries in Odoo software.

·      Prepare and issue accurate invoices as per company guidelines.

·      Verify supporting documents before billing.

·      Reconcile bank, vendor, and customer accounts.

·      Monitor receivables and follow up for overdue payments.

·      Manage payables and ensure timely vendor payments.

·      Assist in GST/TDS compliance and return filing.

·      Prepare MIS reports and aging analysis for management.

·      Coordinate with sales, purchase, and dispatch teams for billing accuracy.

·      Support internal and statutory audits with required documentation.

Requires Skills

•       Tally software compulsory 

•       B. Com, BBA or any Other Accounts related degree is compulsory

•       Candidates with 0 to 1 year only can apply

•       Good in Financial statement preparation

•       Budgeting and financial forecasting 

•       Ms office is mandatory
