• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily factory and office operations.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, sales, and accounts teams.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely delivery.
• Improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Manage manpower planning and team performance.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are maintained.
• Prepare reports and present operational updates to management.
• Resolve customer and operational issues effectively.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in prefab, construction, or manufacturing industries.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Team management and client coordination experience.

Salary₹6,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per annum (based on experience)
