Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Propasal (quotations) with accurate technical specifications for LED lighting products.

• Coordinate with the Design, Purchase, and Production teams for technical details and pricing.

• Convert enquiries into Purchase Orders by maintaining strong customer communication.

• Nuturing the calls with the clients and Price Negotiation 

• Verify PO details against the approved quotation before processing.

• Maintain enquiry logs, quotation trackers, and customer databases.

• Support the Sales Team in documentation and coordination for ongoing projects.


Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of LED lighting products (training will be provided).

• Good communication and email writing skills.

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Strong nurturing calls (follow-up) and coordination abilities.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple enquiries.
