Flutter Developer

Saif Agro Tech is looking for an experienced and innovative Flutter Developer & AI Automation Executive to manage and improve our existing Android and iOS business application, admin dashboard, database and internal business systems.

The candidate must have strong practical knowledge of Flutter, Laravel, PHP and MySQL. The candidate should also be comfortable using advanced AI tools such as Claude AI, OpenAI, ChatGPT and other AI automation platforms.

The selected person will study our complete business process, identify repetitive and time-consuming work, and develop new tools and automations to make our system faster, easier, more accurate and less dependent on manual work.

Key Responsibilities• Maintain and improve our existing Android and iOS application developed in Flutter.

• Manage and improve the Laravel/PHP-based admin dashboard.

• Maintain, clean, organise and secure the MySQL database.

• Develop new app features, dashboard modules, reports and internal tools.

• Find and fix app, API, server, dashboard and database issues.

• Integrate REST APIs, payment gateways, notifications, WhatsApp services and third-party platforms.

• Study our existing business workflow and suggest practical automation solutions.

• Create AI-based tools for sales, stock, customers, products, follow-ups and reporting.

• Integrate OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude AI and other AI APIs into our system.

• Create automated dashboards and analyse sales, inventory, customer and product data.

• Develop tools to reduce repetitive work and human dependency.

• Create AI-generated product videos, posters, marketing creatives and presentations when required.

• Research and introduce new AI tools that can improve company productivity.

• Maintain regular backups, data security, documentation and access control.

• Train staff members to use newly developed systems and automation tools.

Candidate Requirements• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant practical experience.

• Must have experience working on a live Flutter application.

• Should be able to understand and improve an existing codebase.

• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Should be able to work independently and take complete ownership of projects.

• Must suggest new ideas and solutions instead of waiting for daily instructions.

• Should understand business requirements and convert them into practical technical solutions.

Salary₹25,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on technical knowledge, practical experience, previous projects and AI automation skills.
