Job Description

  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, institutions, corporates and local businesses.
  • Meet customers and understand their travel requirements, budget and preferences.
  • Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages.
  • Handle enquiries from individuals, families, student groups, colleges and corporate clients.
  • Prepare quotations and itineraries in coordination with the operations team.
  • Follow up regularly with prospects and convert enquiries into bookings.
  • Develop relationships with colleges, universities, companies, schools, associations and other institutions.
  • Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, college events and promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the reservations/operations team to ensure smooth customer service.
  • Generate repeat business and referrals from existing customers.
  • 0–3 years of experience for executive and 3-10 years experience for Sales Managers.
