Job Description

Key Responsibilities*

Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective students and parents through various lead sources (in-house / microsites / digital platforms).* Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.* Convert qualified leads into confirmed enrolments while consistently meeting monthly and quarterly targets and KPIs.* Understand student requirements, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable programs.* Counsel students and parents on the admission process, eligibility, and program benefits.* Manage the entire end-to-end admission process efficiently and ensure timely follow-up and closure.* Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads on CRM tools such as LeadSquared, ExtraaEdge, or NoPaperForm.
