Role OverviewWe are looking for a tech-savvy, proactive, and detail-oriented Full-Stack E-Commerce Executive to manage our end-to-end online sales operations, storefronts, backend logistics, and social media marketing.

In this role, you will bridge front-end digital marketing and back-end fulfillment—handling Shopify store management, Amazon FBA/FBM, Etsy, AI-driven content/graphic generation, social media campaigns, and order dispatches. Knowledge of silk/textiles or a passion for knitting and crocheting is a strong advantage.

• Key Responsibilities1. D2C & Marketplace Administration (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy)Manage daily front-end and back-end operations of the Knitsilk Shopify store, ensuring updated homepage banners, product listing accuracy, and conversion optimization.

• Oversee Amazon Seller Central (India & Global): listing creation (flat-file feeds, parent-child variations), pricing updates, and A+ content.
• 
  
• Manage Amazon FBA inbound shipments: creation, packaging prep, labeling, shipment tracking, and stock reconciliation.
• 
  
• Maintain listings and inventory synchronization on Etsy and other sales channels.
• 
  
• Monitor account health, seller performance metrics, customer reviews, and listing compliance across all channels.
• 
  
• 2. AI-Powered Content Creation, Social Marketing & DesignLeverage generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, Photoshop AI) to rapidly draft SEO product descriptions, blog posts, social ad copy, and creative assets.
• 
  
• Create visual posts, videos/reels, and graphics for Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, and email newsletters.
• 
  
• Highlight brand values such as sustainable upcycling, ethical sourcing, pure silk quality, and women’s empowerment in all marketing media.
• 
  
• Plan and run promotional campaigns, discount codes, and digital ads across social platforms.
• 
  
• 3. Backend Operations, Stock Management & Order DispatchProcess daily D2C and marketplace orders: pick, pack, print dispatch labels, and perform quality checks.
• 
  
• Coordinate dispatches with international and domestic logistics partners (DHL, FedEx, India Post, local couriers) and ensure timely tracking updates.
• 
  
• Maintain master catalog details (SKU codes, yarn count/weight, gauge, yardage, and fiber breakdown).
• 
  
• Perform regular physical stock audits at our Bangalore facility and align inventory across all sales channels.
• 
  
• 4. Customer Service & Community EngagementRespond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, social media, and WhatsApp regarding yarn specifications, needle/hook sizing, and order status.
• 
  
• Utilize helpdesk automation (Gorgias / Shopify Inbox) for order tracking inquiries while providing personalized assistance for technical yarn questions.
• Qualifications & Key RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Textile Technology, Fashion Retail, or related fields.
• Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central accounts.

• Textile/Craft Knowledge: Familiarity with silk/textiles, yarn weights (lace, sport, worsted, bulky), yarn structure (ply, count), or personal experience with knitting, crocheting, or fiber arts is highly desirable.

• E-Commerce: Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Etsy, MS Excel / Google Sheets (bulk flat-file uploads).

• Design & Marketing: Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator (basic to intermediate), Meta Business Suite, Pinterest Business.

• Logistics: Familiarity with shipping aggregators, Amazon FBA shipment creation, and international shipping documentation.

• Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, strong multitasker, self-driven, and high attention to detail.

• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Sales Growth: Month-on-month growth across D2C (Shopify) and global marketplaces.
