Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the Customer Care Executive – Voice Process role. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Understand and resolve customer queries and complaints.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Update customer information and call details in the system.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
• Achieve assigned productivity and performance targets.

Eligibility:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Experience: 0–3 years; freshers can apply.
• Age: 18–30 years (may vary by opening).
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service/BPO experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary: Approximately ₹18000-21000

Work Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka.
