Location (Work from Office):
Ground Floor, TG Abode Layout, S14, 5th Cross Rd, Devarachiknahalli, BDA Layout, BTM 4th Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560076
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 fixed + attractive incentives on conversions
About the Role
Softobotics Technologies is looking for an energetic Telecaller to close sales for our IT/software services. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, explaining our offerings and converting interest into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company
- Explain IT/software services clearly to potential clients (businesses/individuals)
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with the sales/technical team for closures and handovers
- Build rapport and handle objections professionally
Requirements
- 0–1 years of telecalling/telesales experience (freshers with good communication can apply)
- Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools a plus)
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude
- Good listening and convincing skills
- Comfortable working with call targets and incentives
- Must be able to work from office (Bengaluru – BTM 4th Stage location)
