Clinic Locations: HSR Layout, Whitefield, Indiranagar, Koramangala, JP Nagar, BSK upcoming locations.

Salary: 30000 to 35000 Fixed - ₹23,000-28000 per month + Incentives 7000+ Fuel Reimbursement for Center Visits.

Own Vehicle (Bike) Required: Fuel reimbursement will be provided.

Shift Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM (should be flexible to work on extended timings for center visits)

Languages Mandatory - Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

We have 3 centers in Bangalore (HSR, Whitefield and Indiranagar), currently doing 4000 sessions monthly. We're expanding Stance Health across Bangalore (through more centers) and have an immediate ambition to become the largest and best quality high performance center brand in the city.

Job Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Operations (50%)

·         Lead and supervise the Customer Support Executive team across assigned centers, ensuring high service standards and smooth daily operations.

·         Monitor team performance, attendance, shift planning, lead follow-ups, and adherence to operational processes.

·         Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to team members to improve customer experience and conversion rates.

·         Track team KPIs and ensure achievement of lead conversion and customer engagement targets.

Customer Calling & Lead Management (50%)·         Actively handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with prospective customers, and drive lead conversions.

·         Ensure timely follow-up of inquiries, appointments, and customer requests.

·         Address customer concerns, resolve escalations, and maintain a high standard of customer service.

·         Maintain accurate call records, lead status updates, and performance reports.

Administrative

Coordination·         Ensure proper maintenance of records, reports, and center documentation.

·         Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support seamless center operations and service delivery.

Mandatory Requirements·         3+ years of experience in customer service, front desk operations, or team handling roles.

·         Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·         Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic reporting.

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

·         Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
