Job Description
- Lead Sourcing & Networking: Identify and build a referral network with key local influencers, including:
- Officials in Town Planning and Panchayat offices.
- Small builders, contractors, and civil engineers.
- Hardware store owners and construction material dealers.
- Real estate brokers and land developers.
- Promotional Activities: Execute marketing campaigns at commercial, industrial, and educational establishments. This includes conducting events and distributing brochures or pamphlets to propagate company schemes.
- Project Identification: Scour the local market to identify new construction projects and generate leads via direct market sourcing.
- Sales Management: Manage the end-to-end transactional process, from initial screening and application collection to communicating approvals and collecting processing fees.
- Goal Achievement: Meet monthly sales Goals while maintaining professional standards and collaborating with internal teams to resolve client queries.
