Job Description


  1. Check customer’s credit and approve or deny applications based on company standards and requirements
  2. Ensure customers pay on time and chase any overdue invoices
  3. Develop the credit control system in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance and company executives


  1. Improve and implement debt collection processes when there are any overdue invoices or payments, and initiate legal procedures if necessary
  2. Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment


 


  1. Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
  2. Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems
  3. Providing accounts information to internal departments
