Job Description

  • Working closely with the hiring managers from requisition creation to closure of positions.
  • End to end recruitment for assigned positions - both permanent and contract primarily Using internal database, employee referrals, paid portals and other resources available internally.
  • Candidate engagement.
  • Coordinating with Vendors as and when required.
  • Maintaining trackers and database as per the process.
  • Working on TA related projects assigned.
  • Supporting HR Operations team as per business needs.
