Job Description
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Recruitment CoordinationSchedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates
- Prepare interview materials and candidate profiles for hiring teams
- Manage candidate experience to ensure a positive impression of the company
- Administrative SupportPost job openings on relevant platforms and maintain accurate job descriptions
- Track all recruitment activities and candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with reference checks and background verification processes
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding logistics
- Collaboration & ImprovementPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
- Participate in recruitment strategy meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
- Build relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources
- Stay current on recruiting trends, best practices, and labor market insights
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related customer-facing role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
