Job Description

Requirement is for Aerospace Manufacturing client for multiple locations.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop CNC machining programs using NX CAM / CATIA / Delcam / Powermill
  • Prepare tool paths for 3-axis / 4-axis / 5-axis CNC machining of aerospace components.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, GD&T and machining requirements.
  • Select cutting tools, cutting parameters and optimize machining processes.
  • Conduct simulation, verification and prove-out of CNC programs.
  • Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing and Production teams for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Tool & Die / Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Strong experience in CAM programming and CNC machining.
  • Aerospace / precision component machining experience preferred.
