Injection Molding Production Operator

🎓 Qualification: Diploma tool & Die making, GTTC.

🧑‍💼 Experience: 3+ Years Experienced Candidates

🕒 Job Type: Full-time

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Set up and operate injection molding machines (if trained). 

• Load raw plastic materials into the machine. 

• Monitor machine performance during production. 

• Inspect molded parts for defects such as flash, short shots, sink marks, or warpage. 

• Trim, assemble, and pack finished products. 

• Record production data and report machine issues. 

• Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area (5S). 

• Follow quality standards and safety guidelines. 

• Assist with routine machine maintenance and mold changes when required. 

*Required Skills:*

• Basic knowledge of injection molding processes. 

• Ability to read work instructions and production sheets. 

• Good attention to detail for quality inspection. 

• Basic troubleshooting skills. 

• Ability to work in shifts. 

• Teamwork and communication skills. 

*Qualifications:*

High school diploma or ITI/Diploma (Mechanical, Plastic Technology, or related field preferred).
