We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities and generate leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Identify potential clients and understand their financial protection and investment needs.
Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Recruit, guide and support advisors/partners for business development.
Conduct customer meetings and presentations.
Ensure excellent customer service and long-term relationships.
